We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United Kingdom.

There are no additional shipping charges for deliveries within the United Kingdom.

Orders are not processed on public holidays or during exceptional circumstances that may affect normal business operations.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to our shipping partners.

Damaged Packages

If your package was damaged during delivery, please also take a photo and send it directly to our customer service.

Please submit claims for damaged packages within 7 days of the delivery date.

Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.

After reviewing the claim and supporting documentation, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

Lost or Missing Packages

If you believe your package has been lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns Related to Shipping

Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If the customer ordered the wrong item, size, color, or product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
