Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Not show signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package.

To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Attach the prepaid return label.
  3. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.

If you've misplaced the return label, please contact us to request a new one.

Return Shipping Costs

If the customer placed the wrong order, selected the wrong size, color, or product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for qualifying items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

If your package was damaged during delivery, please also take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. Please submit claims for damaged packages within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.

After reviewing the submitted information, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing may take up to 7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or clearance items where stated as final sale.
  • Any item returned beyond the 30-day return period.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.
