Order Cancellation Requests

Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed and dispatched.
If the order has not yet entered the shipping process, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Orders Refused at Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery of an order that has already been shipped, the order will be treated as a return.
Any applicable return shipping charges or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Incorrect Orders Placed by Customers
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing checkout.
If a customer places an order for the wrong product, size, color, or quantity and the order has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
The customer may return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
If your package was damaged during delivery, please also take a photo and send it directly to our customer service.
Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.
After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
